Benedict Nelson will perform Duruflé’s Requiem with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra at Birmingham’s Symphony Hall on 22 February.

This marks Nelson’s return to the orchestra after a successful debut last season. In March he performs with the CBSO again in the highlight of the orchestra's 2011/12 season – singing the roles of Helmsmann and Melot in concert performances of Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde in Paris and Birmingham under Andris Nelsons.
