Renata Pokupić makes her Wigmore Hall debut

Renata Pokupić will make her Wigmore Hall debut on April 6 with Roger Vignoles accompanying on the piano and rising star tenor Alek Shrader. The programme will include excerpts from Schumann’s Maria-Stuart Lieder, songs by Barber and Fauré, and duets by Rossini.
April is a busy month of concerts for Renata. She sings Mozart with Paul McCreesh in Oslo and over the Easter period she makes another debut singing three performances of Bach’s St Matthew Passion conducted by Yannick Nezét-Séguin with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. At the end of April, Renata travels to Scotland to give concerts of Rossini and Mozart arias with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra conducted by Jean-Christophe Spinosi. Further ahead, Renata sings major roles for opera houses in Lille and Dijon, and at Washington National Opera.
