Narek Hakhnazaryan debuts with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi

In concerts on December 1, 2 and 4, Narek Hakhnazaryan will make his debut with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi as part of the orchestra’s ‘Symphonic Season’. Hakhnazaryan will perform Tchaikovsky Variations on a Rococo Theme Op.33 in concerts at the Auditorium di Milano Fondazione Cariplo, conducted by Xian Zhang. The programme will also include Tchaikovsky Symphony No.1 and Stravinsky The Firebird. A repeat performance will also take place on December 3 at the Teatro Comunale Della Società in Lecco.

Prior to this, Hakhnazaryan will perform in recital with pianist Monaldo Braconi in Brescia on November 19 and in Rome on November 29 at Aula Magna at Università La Sapienza. They will perform works by Schumann, Beethoven, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov and Paganini.

Hakhnazaryan olso travelled to Israel to perform with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra on November 10, alongside XIV International Tchaikovsky Competition silver medal violinist Itamar Zorman.
