Vuyani Mlinde will record the role of Mocenigo in Donizetti’s rarely performed opera
Caterina Cornaro for the prestigious Opera Rara label, conducted by David Parry, in late November. Opera Rara specialises in recordings of little known bel canto rarities and has won many awards for their releases. The recording will also be broadcast on Radio 3 at a later date.
