Sarah Tynan performs with the Bergen Philharmonic

Having just sung Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni at the English National Opera this November, Sarah Tynan sings Vaughan Williams’ Dona Nobis Pacem with the Bergen Philharmonic under conductor Andrew Litton. There will be two consecutive performances of this concert on December 9 and 10. The following week Sarah Tynan will also be singing Handel’s Messiah with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra in Poole and Exeter with David Hill. Performances are on December 17 at The Lighthouse in Poole and December 20 in Exeter Cathedral.

In January, Sarah Tynan participates in a week-long tour of Scotland with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Within a programme of songs by Johann, Eduard and Richard Strauss, Suppe, and Komzak, Tynan will sing 'Vilja Lied' (Lehar), 'Speil ich die Unschuld com Lande', 'Draussen in Sievering' and 'Mein Herr Marquis' (Richard Strauss). Performances are on January 3 (Glasgow Royal Concert Hall), January 6 (Perth Concert Hall), January 7 (Usher Hall, Edinburgh) and January 8 (Carnegie Hall, Dumfermline).
