On October 17, Iain Paterson, Ben Johnson, Matthew Best and Sarah Tynan will star in the revival of Rufus Norris’ production of Don Giovanni at the English National Opera. Paterson will reprise his acclaimed performance of the title role with Ben Johnson as Don Ottavio, Matthew Best as Il Commendatore and Sarah Tynan as Zerlina.Further performances are scheduled on October 20, 25, 27 and November 3, 6, 10, 15 and 17.

Tenor Ben Johnson will jump in to perform Beethoven Symphony No.9 with Andris Nelsons and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra this week. In June, Ben Johnson makes his debut at Opéra National de Bordeaux in a Don Giovanni production directed by Laurent Laffargue and conducted by Mikhail Tatarnikov.
