At the BBC Proms this summer bass-baritone Iain Paterson will sing the role of Wotan in a concert performance of Wagner's Das Rheingold.Conducted by Daniel Barenboim, the performance on 22 July will be part of the Berlin State Opera's production of the Ring Cycle.
