Michael Colvin in role debut as Peter Quint in Britten The Turn of the Screw

Canadian tenor Michael Colvin has returned to English National Opera to make his role debut as Peter Quint in Britten The Turn of the Screw. The production by David McVicar is be conducted by Sir Charles Mackerras and the opening night was on 22 October. The remaining performances are on 24, 30 October, 4, 7 & 9 November.

On 9 May, David Alden's new production of Britten's Peter Grimes opens at English National Opera.
