Intermusica has invested time and energy in this exciting new market for classical music.

We were delighted to take the London Symphony Orchestra to Mumbai in April 2010 and are developing plans for future touring and artist projects across the country. About the LSO tour
Led by Sir Colin Davis, in his 50th anniversary season with the Orchestra, and by Kristian Järvi, the LSO performed two concerts at the National Centre for the Performing Arts, the city’s major cultural centre, in April 2010.

The two Indian concerts formed part of a wider tour for the Orchestra and Davis to the United Arab Emirates. The represented the first visit to India by the LSO for nearly 50 years. The orchestra had previously performed in the country as part of its world tour in 1964.
